The hotel had a stunning and peaceful location next door to Ogre Canyon. The rooms were amazing and fine, reasonably priced, with all the usual amenities and a balcony. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Jasper.

Spacious rooms and great location.
Pool is small but not a dealbreaker.

Absolutely stunning and reasonably priced place, I loved efficient personnel.
Spent my time lovely here.

During my three-night stay, I was appalled to find dirty pants inside the bed and red stains on the linen. The staff's response was utterly disappointing, with no personnel available to clean the room, leaving us to sleep in a dirty bed after a long 6-hour drive. The claim of free parking was misleading. We had to search for a spot outside, not free, and my deposit was never released despite multiple inquiries. It's totally unacceptable.

The location was amazing - 200 metres away from an art gallery. The employees were welcoming and efficient all the time.

great location but rooms need updating
The location made it easy to access local shops! The ground floor room had a back door to the parking lot, convenient for loading the car.
The rooms felt a bit dated compared to expectations.

The stay at this exceptionally comfortable hotel was a comfortable one. The staff members were polite and courteous. The breakfast was great affordable and relatively cheap with lots of different food.
They served cold breakfast, it can be far better.

The location is good it was far enough out to feel like you could escape the crowds. The hanging flower baskets were really lovely.
It would be a good idea i think if they had air conditioning in the rooms, and ironing boards and irons.

The location is fantastic, just steps from
Restaurants and cafes. The staff were professional and parking was convenient. The car park seemed small during busy times, which could be an issue for larger crowds.

Walk about ten to fifteen minutes to town center. Convenience location just at the road side of main street, the Connaught Drive, easy to find. Good for traveler just stay in sleep and go.
No air conditioning.

Close to shopping
There was a humming in the fan/heater unit....Rm # 120, didn't sleep very well. House keeping knocked on my door @ 9:00 Am and woke me up!! And honestly that room should just be a storage room as I felt that I was stuck back in the corner. So I would recommend this hotel...just not that particular room.
